This week at Play Date Cafe, the color challenge is awesome! I loved it from the first glance! Check out Challenge #81.
The purple is more of a Rich Razzelberry but I didn't have any of that. So I went with Concord Crush and I'm very pleased with how my layout turned out! Check it out!
I created this layout at my crop this past Friday night and I just love it! The colors work so well together and they also compliment my picture which has a lot of gray and green in it.
If you can't tell, I'm a little into buttons these days! They go on almost every project of mine and I was so glad to find some buttons that matched my Concord Crush cardstock for this challenge!!
I used a few different greens on this layout and that just happened because I wasn't at home with all of my supplies! I think the picture is matted in Kiwi Kiss (it was in my scrap box), the ribbon is Old Olive and the button is Pear Pizazz. It doesn't look bad, does it?!
Hope you enjoy my layout. It's all about the trike that she got from the Easter Bunny that came to Grandma and Grandpa's house a day early to celebrate. She's such a big girl now!!
Supplies Used - Cardstock (SU): Concord Crush and Kiwi Kiss, DSP (Echo Park), Ribbon (SU) Concord Crush 1/2" Stitched-Poly and Old Olive 3/8" Taffeta, Buttons: Some SU, some random collection, Other Embellishments: White Baker's Twine (SU), Letter Stickers (Echo Park) and Butterfly (Unknown)
