The day I made this page I had just gone through all of my designer papers and thought I should use up this retired Stampin Up paper! It goes perfectly with her cute little outift!

4 Month Old - Scrapbook Page
Here is the page for Brooke's 4 Month Old photo shoot! (Which reminds me that I need to complete her 6 month shoot and upload pics of her 5 month shoot! I'm a little behind schedule!)
She is wearing one of my favorite outfits! On the day that I took these pictures she had just gotten a few shots at the doctor and was really mellow. I love my Brooke!

Cards from Colorado
Well as you know, my family just went on a trip to Colorado. We rented a cabin. "Where?" you ask. In the middle of no where. It was really nice and before we left my mom (a fellow stamper) and I decided that we should bring some stamping stuff. Cause I mean, what if we got bored looking a the mountians or something. Nah...it was really because if we left all of our stuff at home...it would get lonely!
So we both created 2 cards (one Christmas and one generic). Then we cut out enough pieces for the other person to make 5 of each card. So we left the week with 20 completed cards! WOO HOO!
This first card is my mom's Christmas card. I love this color combo! Always Artichoke, Bravo Burgundy, and Bashful Blue. She used the stamp set Thoughts & Prayers (#113252, $25.95 USD) and also some great Tafeta Ribbon (found on page 183 of the IB&C, $6.95 USD).
Here is her generic card. I made a few birthday and a few thank you! She used the lovely Kraft cardstock! The stamp set is one that I had overlooked in the catalog, Hello Again (#113780, $12.95 USD). I love the little flower and the cute butterfly!
Here is my Christmas card. I used the stamp sets Circle Circus (#115778, $28.95) and Christmas Greetings 9#115448, $10.95 USD). Also used some great silver cord that will be available in the new mini on September 1st! I love Circle Circus. It really is the most versatile set I have purchased in a LONG TIME!
And this is the last card...by me! I used the Great Friend stamp set (#113792, $17.95 USD) and also a little of the Throughly Modern DSP (#115673, $9.95 USD). I love using DSP for cards. It is a great way to add a hint of design and texture to a card or scrapbook page!
Hop you enjoyed our cards! If you want to check out more details of our Colorado trip, click here.

3 Months...
It's hard to believe that these pictures were taken almost 3 months ago! Now Brooke is almost 6 months old!
I do a photo shoot every month and then I am making a layout of my favorite pictures from each month. I will use that blank space to write a few things that Brooke is doing at this age...just haven't gotten that far yet! Hope you like the layout
Well...we are off to vacation in Colorado. So I will not be posting for a while. We are told that there is no phone or internet service at our cabin in the woods. So...we are roughing it! I will miss you all but you know I will be back with tons of pictures! AND...my mom and I are bringing some crafting supplies and plan to make some Christmas cards in our down time. I will share our creations when we return!

A few simple pages...
It's all about simple these days. When you are getting ready to go on a 10 day vacation with a baby (for your very first time), you just have to remind yourself to KISS (keep it simple silly). And most times I'm that way with my scrapbooking too! I love to create fast simple pages most of the time. This just makes things go more quickly but it's still fun!
Here is a page that I did about the Stampin Up Regional conference that was held in Kansas City last fall. It was so much fun to attend. My dad's cousin from Colorado (who is a demo) came, my mom came as a guest, and my friend Margie also came as a guest! It was so much fun to have them all there!
Close up of the cute brads that I added a little Taffeta ribbon to in order to have a cute embellishment for the page!

Personal Paperclips
One day Sam came home from work with a surprise for me! He said that he was talking to some guy in the office who had these paperclips and asked, "What does KBR stand for?" The guy said it was one of their suppliers. And Sam said, "Those are my wives initials." So the guy sent a tin of them home with him to give to me! Aren't they awesome?!!!

From the Crop
So the crop was now 2 weeks ago and I'm just now getting pictures up of what everyone made. It's fun to walk around and see what others are creating! Check it out...
This page was made by my demo friend Becky! It's it so cute??? She always adds a ton of detail to her pages!
My mom started making Christmas cards. She was having fun using stamp sets from us demos that we have never used! Don't you just love that cute ribbon detail?!
Here's another card my mom made using some scrap designer paper from my box and the new Admit It Level 2 Hostess set!
This page was made by Jessica. She was having fun using the Cricut! And she also used Little Piece to embellish the page a bit.
Judy was new to our crop this month and I'm sure glad she came! She made some VERY cute Christmas cards! (These girls are making me look bad! I need to get started on some Christmas cards I guess!)
Here's another card by Judy.
Katie was all about scrapbooking today. She hand-drew her title on this page using a white gel pen. I told her that from a distance it looked like she had actually sewn it!
Tina was all about making cards this time. She created this great birthday card! I just love this set, Crazy for Cupcakes!
Margie has found that she loves our 8.5x8.5 On Board Chipboard scrapbooks! As you can see here, she can embellish them any way that she wants to. SO CUTE!
And here is a cute page that she created. She used the Cricut to cut those big scallops and just left her chipboard bare. Love it!
Michelle was working on a Disney album. Here is one of her pages about the Fireworks. I love the Minnie and Mickey sticker!
I still have more of my creations to post! Back with more later!
