Hey Everyone! Welcome to another month with us and thanks for joining me from Darcy's Blog! This month we focused on our favorites from the Holiday Catalog. I had a little help picking out a few items to use for my projects today...
Noah thought I should use the NEW 1-1/4" Scallop Circle Punch...as well as some of the new Denim Ribbon. So that's what I did on my card.
This is a little 3x3 card. I love this size of card! It's perfect for a hand-delivered note!
I showed off all 3 of Stampin Up's Scallop Circle sizes on this card, used on the Summer Smooches DSP. I added a little dimension to the scallop stack by crumpling up the edges with my fingers.
I added one of our Vintage Faceted Designer Buttons in the middle with a little of the Denim Jean ribbon laced through (this was a little hard)!
My 3D item this month was just packaging for a few gifts that we are giving away at a birthday party today. I love to reused packing paper from packages that I received in the mail to wrap gifts. I added a little bit of Baker's Twine in Lucky Limeade and Island Indigo.
I punched out a 1-3/4" Circle in the colored cardstock and then stamped this circle sentiment from the A Fitting Occasion Stamp Set. That sentiment was punched using the new 1-1/4" Scallop Circle Punch. I used a Stampin Write Marker to write the first initial of the boys' names on theif gifts so that we could tell them apart.
Simple and easy!!
Now head on over to the newest member of our team's blog...Debra! Congrats on joining the team! We are so glad to have you with us!
