Little Stamper and a Scrapbook Page!
Last Saturday we had our 12 hour crop! It was so much fun! Brooke joined us for a little while so Daddy could go get his hair cut! It was fun to have her there!
She got to play with Margie's new stamps!
And of course sit with Momma and look at all of her scrapbooking goodies!
And here is a scrapbook page that I made of little B. This was her 2 month old photo shoot on April 19, 2009! She's grown up so much since then!

Scrapbook for 12 hours?
Why must everyone ask this question in amazement when you tell them that on Saturday you will be scrapbooking with friends for 12 hours?
I mean, if they participated in the hobby, they would totally understand. Am I right?
So yes, today I will be scrapbooking fro 12 hours! And I'm going to LOVE it! Back with pictures of my creations next week!

Cute Frame for your Fridge...
Have you ever thought about crafting a cute frame for your fridge? This is one that recently made for a picture of my cute little girl. She's not so little anymore...she just turned 5 months old yesterday.
I found this frame at Target a while back in the dollar spot. I just used Stampin Up classic ink to stamp the images and letters with. The buttons are from Stampin Up and are stuck on with glue dots and to adhere the ribbon I used a hot glue gun!
What do you think?

So excited!
I'm so excited! My favorite scrapbooking kit is having a call to welcome a few more designers to their team! Work in Progress kits are so much fun! You can bet that I will be submitting my work for this call!
Now I'm off to take a shower and get some things together! Hope Brooke sleeps for a while this morning!

My Sweet Baby...
This is the first picture that I took of my sweet baby girl. It was the day after she was born...the day she was born I had a c-section so I didn't really feel like picking a camera. I left that task to the Daddy!

Takin it Back!
When I had Brooke almost 5 months ago, I kinda let this blog go back to only cards and scrapbook page when I had them available. But now I'm takin it back to what it was before, my personal blog! So here you will find thing about me and what I'm thinkin, feelin, and creatin. And you will find almost all baby related posts over at: http://www.therydenfamily.blogspot.com/!
So here we go... This weekend was my 10 year high school reunion. It was really fun to connect with my old classmates. It's great to see some of them succeed in what they always wanted to. But it's also funny to see some people that haven't changed ONE BIT!
Here is a picture of all of the graduates that were at the dinner on Saturday night! There wre probably about 45 of us!
And just for fun...I pulled this picture out of the vault so that you could see the difference 10 years makes in 2 best friends! Here I am with Kristin getting ready to head to the senior prom.
And here we are getting ready to head to our 10 year reunion! I love it! And I love her! I'm so glad that we are still friends and see each other atleast once a week to this day! So glad that she's in my life!
All-in-all it was a great time! It will be fun to see what all my classmates are doing in 10 more years!

My 1st Submission!
My friend Danielle has been on me for a while now to enter my creations to magazines for publication. So she sent me a big list of calls, things that the magazines are looking for.
The first call that I tackled was for CARDS magazine. They wanted to see cards with the color combo of deep red, green, and robbin's egg blue, with the Damask pattern. Here's what I came up with:
I used textured Bravo Burgundy, Certainly Celery and a patterned paper made by Jenni Bowlin. The robbin is the Certainly Celery Twill that was available during Sale-a-Bration.
I sent the card in this week so we will see what happens! It's fun to make stuff for submissions and not nearly as hard as I thought it would be!
