Part of this card was made this summer with the SSINKspiration team while we were at Convention!  We had a little fun stamping together and I just loved having that time together with my friends!  Isn't this Santa SO CUTE?!  He was cut out from a piece of DSP!

We made this card at my Christmas Card Stamp-a-Stack.  It's very easy to produce in bulk and affordable as well!

SSINKspiration: Recycling Christmas

Today over at SSINKspiration we are showing you how we recycle handmade items that we received for Christmas!

Here is my first recycle...

I received this card from Jackie Bolhuis for Christmas and I thought it was SO CUTE!  I love the silver embossed wreath!

So I pulled the red glimmer paper off of the card front and adhered it to a piece of Old Olive cardstock.

This will make a cute tag next Christmas!

I received this card from Terri.  I loved the washi tape and the Christmas tree.  

I first pulled the tree off of the card front and then used my tag punch to cut out part of the washi tape.  Glue it all back together and you get a fun tag for next Christmas!

SSINKspiration: Merry Monday

It's Merry Monday over at SSINKspiration today!  We are taking the time to show you anything that we are creating with Christmas in mind!

Today I'm showing you out count down chain!

It seems like just yesterday that this chain was 25 links long.  Where has the time gone?!?!

I wanted to make our chain CUTE this year so I thought that we would use a pack of Stampin' Up! DSP.  We chose the Trim the Tree DSP Stack from the Holiday Catalog.

The size is perfect for paper chains!  I cut 1" x 6.5" strips and then we glued them together!  

So simple that even my two little cuties could help!  And they LOVE to rip off the links and count down the days!  Just 3 more!!

It may be a little late to make a fun chain to count down to Christmas BUT...there are other things that you can count down too, I'm sure!  Vacataions, Birthdays, Anniversaries...AND there are plenty of Stampin' Up! DSP Designs to match each occasion!

Here are my projects...

This is a slight variation of the card that came in the November 2014 My Paper Pumpkin Kit!  I love this kit SO much!

I left off the twine closure and added a blue circle with a snowflake and a jewel to the front of the card!

The inside is pretty much as the instructions were written!

I used the tags in this kit to label and decorate our cute Chevron bags!  I gave these to my club members on Monday night!  They loved them!
