I love this Fancy Fold card that I created for my Card Club.  This little Cupcake Carousel is one of my absolute favorite stamps!  You won't want to miss out on purchasing it in the Carousel Birthday Stamp Set.  And be sure to pick up the DSP that matches...Cupcakes & Carousels DSP Stack...it's perfect for card making!  They are both on the retiring list that was released a few days ago so you will want to get them quick!

Here is the card that I created...

I think I'm ready for summer!  The day that I made this card it was 73 degrees...in the midwest in February!  It's normally very, very cold with snow and more snow!  So it was a nice break from our winter blues!  We were playing outside and doing yard work and cleaning the inside of the house with the windows open!  (sigh)

Dinosaur Valentines

No Bones About It

This is such a fun stamp set.  When searching the internet for Valentine's Day Ideas, I found a cute card with a small plastic dinosaur attached to it!  I LOVED this idea and so did my son.  So this is what we made...

Now we just have to duplicate this little card 14 times before Monday for his preschool class!  We can do it!

Today my card was inspired by the FUN Sending Love DSP Stack!  I love all of the prints in this stack...and I think you will too.

One of my favorite things about my card today is that I used the Sweetheart Punch to create a fun white-on-white background to my card base.  Have you ever done this before?

SSINKspiration: Friday Favorite - Watercolor Pencils

Today over at SSINKspiration we are showing you how great the NEW Watercolor Pencils are!  

Here is the card that I created today...

I used the pencils on this card to color in the globe.  Then I used my Aqua Painter that was filled with water to blend in my pencil coloring.  Watercolor Pencils work the best on our Watercolor paper!  We hope that you will try out this great new product!  It's one of my favorites for sure!

I love the dinosaurs from the No Bones About It Stamp Set.  They look so cute going to a birthday party!  When you stamp them, you have to add a googlie eye...it's a must!

Retiring Product Fav

I'm BACK!  I ended up taking about a month off because...

Micah was born on April 10th!  He is my 3rd child and was born at 8:49am weighing in at 6lbs. 11oz. and he was 19 inches long.

Our family is enjoying him so much!  But I was ready to get back in the craft room FOR SURE!!

Paper Pumpkin

Did you get the March Paper Pumpkin Kit??  I did and I LOVE all of the patterned paper that comes with it!

Today over at SSINKspiration we are showing you a few cards that were made using Paper Pumpkin Kits.  You won't want to miss them!

In a few weeks we will be adding our 3rd baby to our family.  SO...I need to prepare a lot of thank you cards!  I have a feeling that we will be loved on by quite a few people and I want to be ready to write these and send them!

I combined a few pieces from the February and March 2016 Kits to create this card.  And of course I had to add my little baby boy footprint...it comes from a retired stamp set that I just can't let go!

Wildlife Creation

Today over at SSINKspiration we are showing you some of our creations using Stampin' Up!'s wildlife products.  

I love our Project Life products for babies!  The Hello Baby Boy Card Collection just happens to have a few wildlife creatures featured in it!  

I used the Project Life App for Android to create this layout but it could easily be created with physical product!

This is my little man that will be here in just a few short months!!

Product Focus: Ribbon

Today over at SSINKspiration we are focusing on Ribbon!  We are showing you our favorite ribbons and our favorite ways to use ribbon.

Here is my card for today...

One of my favorite new ribbons is the Pool Party Glitter Ribbon in the Occasions Catalog.  It's so pretty and glittery!  

This card features one of my favorite ways to add ribbon to a card!  I love to make a little loop and staple it to the back of a piece of cardstock.  It doesn't take a lot but it adds a fun pop of texture and color!
